Job Description: 

• Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors. 
• Meet with suitable vendors to assess their products, services and negotiating prices. 
• Conduct research and analysis on which vendors offer the best pricing and product during off-peak and peak-season. 
• Come up with product and vendor distribution based on last year's sale movements. 
• Evaluate vendor's performance according to their product arrangement and operation flow. 
• Build and manage strong, trusted and well-trained vendors. 
• Update vendor documentations eg: Invoices and Inventories
• Provide product allocation for partners during peak season (Valentine's Day and/or Mother's Day) 
• Act as intermediary between brands and vendors. 
• Liaise closely with Customer Service, Commercial and Warehouse Operations Department 

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years working experience in any working field 
• Education level: Minimum high school certificate (SPM) with relevant experience
• Beginner to Intermediate knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail 
• Good communication skills
• Intermediate of speaking and writing in Bahasa Melayu and English, Mandarin is a bonus.

Please note that this is a 6-month contract role with a possibility to be converted to a full-time position (based on business needs and your performance).
