Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1.Sales & Customer Service

  • Engage and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide professional product knowledge on diamonds and jewelry.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance. 

2.Store Operations

  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and product display.
  • Ensure all products are handled and stored properly.
  • Support in inventory management and stock checks.

3.Product & Brand Knowledge

  • Continuously learn about diamonds, jewelry trends, and the brand’s collections.
  • Attend internal training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Stay updated with competitor products and market trends.

4.Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain customer database and follow up with clients.
  • Provide after-sales service and build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest and passion for diamonds and luxury jewelry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers).
  • Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to work in a retail environment (including weekends and public holidays).
  • 5 working days per week (off day on weekday if rostered to work Saturday).
  • Work on Public Holidays with one replacement leave on weekdays.
