Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and client profiling to identify new business opportunities.  
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data on industry trends and potential clients to support strategy development.  
  • Prepare and format professional business documents, including proposals, presentations, contracts, and reports.  
  • Handle all confidential information and correspondence with the utmost discretion and professionalism.  
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing client follow-ups, and maintaining an organized client database.  
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accompany the Business Development Manager on client visits and industry events as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Public Relations or related field
  • Fresh graduates welcome; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin capability is advantageous
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously and demonstrate sound judgment
  • Flexible and willing to undertake business travel as required
