Job Description

  • Assist in specific tasks relevant to the department. 
  • Completing all assigned tasks by supervisor and assisting with day-to-day operations. 
  • Observing and learning from experienced staff members. 
  • Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes. 
  • Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff. 
  • Preparing documents and updating records. 
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas. 
  • Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects. 
  • Help maintain and update database. 
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any courses.
  • Able to speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Experience in a management role or similar in the co-curriculum.  
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Flexible personality and working style 
  • Last semester will be preferred
