Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across all dept
  • Monitor and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity 
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline operations
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and implement best practices
  • Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement 
  • Manage and execute operational projects, from planning through to completion
  • Coordinate resources, timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior management 
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze data to track performance, identify issues, and recommend solutions

Job Requirements

  • Minimum diploma/degree in Business administration, operations management or related field
  • 2 years of experience in an operations role is added advantage
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management abilities and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Have own transport and willing to travel as needed
