Job Description
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on all contracts and contractual documents
- Providing legal advice in respect of the business activities and legal issues/ disputes
- Liaison with external lawyers on the business activities and legal issues/ disputes
- Contribute towards raising awareness to the legal risks and the critical need to take proactive measures to mitigate potential legal exposure.
- Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities, if necessary.
- Participate as a key member in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience In-house legal experience is viewed as an added advantage.
- Strong and good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Critical thinking ability to evaluate fact situation, identify legal issues, analyse, understand and apply the statutes and regulations.
- Accountability and high professional integrity and mature.
