Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Academic Credentials: PhD in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field from a recognized institution. 
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in academic leadership roles (e.g., Dean, Associate Dean, Head of Department) with a proven track record of strategic planning and team management. 
  • Research Excellence: Strong portfolio of scholarly publications, research grants, and contributions to pharmaceutical science. 
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of national and international pharmacy education standards, accreditation processes, and regulatory frameworks. 
  • Industry Engagement: Demonstrated experience in building partnerships with healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and professional bodies. 
  • Communication & Vision: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to inspire faculty, students, and stakeholders. 
  • Commitment to Innovation: Passion for advancing pharmacy education through curriculum development, technology integration, and interdisciplinary collaboration. 
  • Registered with the Board of Pharmacy
