• Good knowledged on individual and SME Contract management  
• Contract Renewal / Termination / Cancellation
• Contract Upgrade / Downgrade subcription 
• Customers queries
• Insurance
• Experinced in Ctos Management 
• Agreement Liason with Lawyers
• Tracking / Updates of Weekly Contracts 
• Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
• Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
• Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.

Job Requirements

•  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Contracts Manageent or related feilds. 
• Fresh graduates are welcomed or candidates with at least one (1) year of working experience in the related field. 
• Able to communicate & coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, construction team, and sub-contractors.
• Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and prefer Mandarin speaker as need to liaise with the China clients as needed.
