We are looking for a highly creative and commercially driven Product & Project Designer to lead product innovation and oversee design projects from concept development to production and implementation.  

Job Requirements

What You'll Do

Product Design & Innovation     

• Conduct market research and user studies to identify new product opportunities.    
• Develop innovative furniture and workspace solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and commercial viability.
• Create sketches, concepts, prototypes, and product specifications.   
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and manufacturing methods.   
• Drive continuous product improvement through testing and user feedback.

Project Management  

• Manage end-to-end product development and design projects.    
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and internal teams.    
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.    
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Quality & Technical Excellence  

• Prepare technical drawings and production documentation.    
• Ensure products comply with ergonomic, safety, and industry standards (e.g. BIFMA, ISO 9241).    
• Maintain quality control throughout the design and production process.
