Job Description

  1. Responsible for the overall coordination and management of daily administrative affairs, including front desk reception, meeting organization, event preparation, and document circulation.
  2. Manage the office environment, fixed assets, and office supplies, including procurement, registration, inventory, and maintenance, ensuring the rational use of resources.
  3. Assist in drafting official documents, archiving documents, information dissemination, and some internal communication and coordination work.
  4. Responsible for basic administrative support for employees, including business card printing, workstation allocation, courier service, and travel arrangements.
  5. Assist in the planning and execution of company team building activities, annual meetings, training sessions, and other events.
  6. Assist in completing other temporary administrative support tasks within the department.
