Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager with experience in business expansion, digital marketing, and team management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to manage projects and teams effectively. 

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business partnerships, explore new business opportunities, and support company growth.
• Plan and execute marketing promotion strategies across different channels.
• Manage and coordinate team members, including task assignment, workflow arrangement, and performance follow-up.
• Develop marketing campaigns and optimize promotional strategies based on performance data.
• Have experience with digital advertising platforms such as YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other online marketing channels.
• Analyze marketing performance and provide suggestions for improving user acquisition and brand awareness.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant working experience in Business Development, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in business development, marketing promotion, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Previous team management experience, including staff coordination, task allocation, and team operation management.
• Proficient in at least three languages: Chinese, English, and Malay.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with online marketing channels and advertising platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and Google.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
