Job Description

  1. Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination, offer process). Handle employee onboarding and maintain personnel records. Coordinate staff training and development programs. Manage employee relations and support labor-related matters. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. 
  2. Responsible for daily administrative affairs, including front desk reception, meeting organization, event preparation, and document circulation.
  3. Manage the office environment, fixed assets, and office supplies, including procurement, registration, inventory tracking, and maintenance to ensure efficient resource utilization. 
  4. Assist in drafting official documents, maintaining proper filing systems, and facilitating internal communication. 
  5. Provide general administrative support to employees, including business card arrangements, workstation allocation, courier coordination, and travel bookings. 
  6. Support the planning and execution of company events such as team-building activities, annual meetings, and training sessions. 
  7. Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the department. 

Job Requirements

Language Proficiency (Mandatory)

  • Proficient in both Chinese (Mandrin) and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to use both languages effectively in daily workplace communication and cross-functional coordination.
