Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Influencer Scouting & Management: Proactively identify, screen, and recruit high-potential KOLs/KOCs and partnership channels across major social platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, FB). Build and maintain a categorized database for long-term influencer relationship management.
  2. End-to-End Partnership Management: Lead the full lifecycle of influencer collaborations, including initial outreach, commercial negotiation, campaign proposal development, script coordination, scheduling, execution, and payment settlement.
  3. ROI & Cost Control: Demonstrate strong cost-awareness by leading commission and ad-rate negotiations to maximize campaign ROI and ensure budget efficiency.
  4. Content Quality Control: Review and optimize influencer scripts and content. Ensure that brand USPs are communicated accurately while respecting the influencer’s native storytelling style to enhance authenticity and engagement.
  5. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign metrics (Views, Engagement, CTR, CVR, CPI, ROI). Generate comprehensive post-campaign reports to iterate influencer selection models and placement strategies.
  6. Market Insight: Deeply research global social media trends, competitor strategies, and local cultural nuances to quickly adapt marketing tactics and drive "viral" content creation.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Social Media, Design, and Product teams to execute integrated marketing projects that boost brand awareness and market penetration.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  2.  Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Overseas Influencer Marketing or Market Promotion. Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns is highly preferred.
  3. Platform Expertise: Familiarity with the ecosystems, content algorithms, and partnership models of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms across different global markets.
  4. Soft Skills: Exceptional business negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex partnership workflows independently.
  5. Data Literacy: Ability to assess influencer quality and campaign performance through data-driven insights to optimize collaboration strategies.
  6. Cultural Competence: High cross-cultural communication sensitivity with the ability to build trust with international partners.

Bonus Points

  1. Experience in creating "viral" short-video cases or scaling accounts rapidly in overseas markets.
  2. Existing relationships with overseas influencer pools or MCN (Multi-Channel Network) resources.
  3. Deep understanding of cultural trends in specific regions such as North America/Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, or Africa.
