Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Social Media & Growth Operations Executive. This hybrid role combines user acquisition (performance marketing) and social media operations, ideal for candidates who are both content-savvy and data-oriented.

  • Own the planning and execution of multi-channel overseas marketing campaigns, including KOL and community marketing. Responsibilities include resource expansion, partnership negotiation, content strategy and creative planning, and multi-platform distribution (covering YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Be accountable for overall campaign performance and KOL collaboration quality.
  •  Manage the daily operations of official social media accounts (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), including content planning, publishing, and user engagement (comments, messages, community interactions) to enhance brand loyalty and user experience.
  • Stay highly sensitive to global social media trends and viral topics, continuously optimizing content creativity and performance to create high-impact and viral social content that strengthens overseas brand influence.
  • Research target overseas markets and social media platform rules, develop localized growth strategies, and implement diverse promotion and operation methods to increase user attention, engagement, and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics of campaigns and content (e.g., CPI, conversion rate, engagement rate), and iteratively optimize strategies and materials based on data feedback to improve overall ROI.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in overseas marketing, digital marketing, or social media operations (exceptional fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Familiarity with major global social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Experience working with influencers / KOLs. Strong understanding of content creation and digital marketing, with good content judgment.
  • High interest and sensitivity to overseas markets and social media trends.
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good command of English; Mandarin (basic Mandarin for daily communication is sufficient) for cross-regional communication.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable
