Lips Carpenter is a Malaysian beauty brand built around one simple belief: beauty should be made gentle, personal and beautiful. We create premium, personalised lip care and beauty products with a focus on sensitive-lip care, thoughtful design and meaningful gifting.

We are looking for an E-commerce & Design Executive with a strong visual eye and good design fundamentals to join our growing team. You will work closely with our Design & E-commerce lead across our website, e-commerce channels and brand visuals.

This role combines design with marketing thinking. You’ll learn to look beyond aesthetics and understand the audience, message and purpose behind every piece of creative — because great design should not only look beautiful, it should communicate clearly and effectively.

What You’ll Do

1. E-commerce & Marketing

• Maintain and update our website and e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Create website banners, product pages, campaign visuals and promotional content.
• Support SEO, email and other e-commerce activities while learning to think about audience, messaging and conversion.

2. Design & Creative

• Design banners, social media, advertisements, EDMs and other marketing materials.
• Turn campaign ideas into beautiful, clear and on-brand visual assets.
• Support packaging, gift sets and other brand touchpoints while maintaining our premium aesthetic.
• Leverage AI tools to develop and enhance visuals, with the ability to write clear prompts and give strong creative direction.

3. Photography & Content

• Take and edit product and lifestyle photography for e-commerce and marketing.
• Assist with styling, shooting and photo editing.

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, curious and commercially minded.

• Strong graphic design skills with a good eye for aesthetics.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or similar design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
• Takes ownership, works independently and is open to feedback.
• Interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
• Experience in digital design, e-commerce or social media is a plus.
• Photography skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field.
