Job Description

Working Hours: 5 working days per week (5 days between Monday – Sunday), 8:00am – 5:00pm

This is a hands-on operations role for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for managing daily fulfilment operations, supervising packers, handling inventory and purchasing, and supporting customer service. This role requires both doing and thinking — with an appreciation that how things are packed, presented, and communicated reflects the Lips Carpenter brand.

If you enjoy seeing systems work well — and fixing them when they don’t — while ensuring details are handled with care and consistency, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Fulfilment & Team Supervision

• Involve in daily packing and dispatch operations
• Guide and support fulfilment assistants / packers
• Step in to pack or craft during peak periods when needed
• Ensure accuracy, speed, and consistency

Inventory & Purchasing

• Track stock levels of products, packaging, and materials
• Raise purchase requests and coordinate replenishment
• Prevent stockouts and overstocking

Customer Service & Order Support

• Handle WhatsApp / email customer enquiries
• Manage refunds, replacements, and order issues
• Communicate clearly and calmly with customers

Operations Improvement

• Improve workflows, SOPs, and daily processes
• Flag issues early and propose practical solutions
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace

✨ Experience in e-commerce operations/fulfilment is a plus, but not required.
✨ Fresh graduates with strong execution capability and a hands-on, practical mindset will also be prioritised.

Important Note: Please ensure you are able to commute to Solaris Mont Kiara daily to work without issue.
