About the Internship

Are you a savvy content creator who loves TikTok and XiaoHongShu, enjoys being in front of the camera, and has a strong can-do attitude?

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to manage their own work well while creating engaging social media content.

Job Scope

Content Creation

• Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok and XiaoHongShu 
• Film high-quality product and lifestyle content for social media and marketing use
• Research trends and develop engaging content ideas 
• Manage TikTok and XiaoHongShu content end-to-end, including brainstorming ideas, planning content, scheduling and posting 

Creator & Affiliate Management

• Source and reach out to creators and affiliates for TikTok and XiaoHongShu collaborations 
• Manage the creator / affiliate pipeline and ensure monthly collaboration KPIs are met 
• Coordinate collaborations, track deliverables, monitor performance and report insights to the team

Job Requirements

We are a small and fast-moving team. We’re looking for someone with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership — someone who is resourceful, takes initiative, and takes pride in delivering great work.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in TikTok and XiaoHongShu content creation 
• Comfortable filming and appearing on camera 
• Good sense of hooks and short-form storytelling 
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently 
• Able to communicate well in Chinese and English 
• Experience editing videos using CapCut or similar tools 
• Previous content creator experience is a strong advantage
