Lips Carpenter is a local clean beauty brand specialising in personalised, artisan beauty products. As an intern, you’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team to grow our presence on XHS, with a strong focus on aesthetics, storytelling, and content that feels on-brand.
This role is ideal for someone who understands XHS content culture, has a good eye for design and visuals, and wants to turn content into real brand and sales impact.
<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute XHS-focused content calendars, aligned with brand and campaign goals</li>
<li>Create visually appealing XHS content, including:&nbsp;</li>
<ul>
<li>Writing captions in Chinese</li>
<li>Editing videos (e.g. CapCut/剪映)</li>
<li>Designing layouts, visuals, and tones that fit the brand’s aesthetic</li>
</ul>
<li>Take photos and short videos with a good sense of composition, lighting, and styling&nbsp;</li>
<li>Research XHS trends, formats, and visual styles that perform well, and test them consistently</li>
<li>Manage XHS KOL / KOC outreach and affiliate initiatives&nbsp;</li>
<li>Get involved in other marketing or brand initiatives</li>
<li>Support basic design work such as creating posters, banners, and visual assets for campaigns and events</li>
</ul>
