About Lips Carpenter

At Lips Carpenter, we believe beauty should be made gentle, personal and beautiful.

We’re looking for a hands-on intern to support our daily e-commerce operations, fulfilment and customer service. You’ll be involved in packing orders, engraving products, checking quality, responding to customers and learning how our e-commerce operations work from end to end.

This role is for someone who is fast, precise, organised and dependable — someone who can follow processes carefully while also thinking about how to get things done more efficiently.

What You’ll Do

1. Fulfilment & QC

• Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Handle simple product engraving and check personalised orders carefully.
• Conduct basic QC and flag any product, packaging or order issues.

2. Customer Service

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and e-commerce platforms.
• Assist with order changes, delivery issues, refunds and replacements.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure a good customer experience.

3. Operations Support

• Help organise orders and prioritise tasks based on deadlines and requirements.
• Maintain stock, fulfilment and operational records
• Help keep the fulfilment area organised and support inventory counts and stock movement.
• Look for simple ways to make daily operations faster, smoother and more accurate.

Job Requirements

• Students studying Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, E-commerce, Retail Management or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and basic data entry is a plus

• Are willing to get your hands dirty and learn how the business works.

Working Hours & Location

• 5 working days per week, Monday–Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Location: Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur
• Applicants must be able to commute to the office reliably.
