About Lips Carpenter

At Lips Carpenter, we believe beauty should be made gentle, personal and beautiful.

We’re looking for a hands-on intern to support our daily fulfilment operations. You’ll be involved in packing orders, engraving products, checking quality and helping ensure orders are completed accurately and dispatched on time.

This role is for someone who is fast, precise, organised and dependable — someone who can follow processes carefully while also thinking about how to make things faster and more efficient.

What You’ll Do

1. Order Fulfilment

• Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Handle simple product engraving and ensure personalised orders are correct.
• Organise and prioritise orders based on dispatch deadlines and requirements.

2. Quality Control

• Check products, packaging and orders before dispatch.
• Identify and flag defects, mistakes or missing items.
• Follow QC processes and maintain consistent quality standards.

3. Operations Support

• Maintain fulfilment, stock and operational records using Excel / Google Sheets.
• Support inventory counts, stock movement and replenishment.
• Keep the fulfilment area organised and ensure materials are ready for daily operations.
• Look for simple ways to make fulfilment faster, smoother and more accurate.

Job Requirements

• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and basic data entry.
• Comfortable with hands-on and repetitive work.
• Able to stay focused during busy periods.
• Responsible and dependable — you follow through on what you’re assigned.
• Comfortable spotting problems and asking questions when something doesn't look right.
• Students studying Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, E-commerce, Retail Management or related fields are welcome to apply.

Working Hours & Location

• 5 working days per week, Monday–Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Location: Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur
• Applicants must be able to commute to the office reliably.
