Jump into a hands-on internship where you’ll get real ownership and exposure to running a growing beauty brand. Lips Carpenter is a young, dynamic clean beauty brand, and here your ideas don’t just sit on paper — you see the real impact of your work. You’ll gain experience across multiple areas:
Retail & Sales
- Manage and coordinate retail promoters
- Occasionally step into a sales executive role
- Support retail outlet setup and merchandising
- Pitch to partners, malls, and potential collaborators
- Learn sales management: generating reports, analyzing performance, and tracking results
Events & Operations
- Assist in planning and executing events
- Get involved in operations and fulfillment
Marketing & KOL Engagement
- Identify and engage KOLs/influencers
- Support other marketing projects and campaigns
