Job description

• Develop and execute content calendars for social media channels
• Create social media content including editing videos using apps like Capcut for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Lemon8 and XHS
• Take high-quality photos and videos for use on social media and other marketing materials
• Contribute to blog marketing by generating and posting blog articles for SEO purposes to website
• Drive sales and brand awareness by partnering with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates on various social media platforms
• Collaborate closely with the founders to brainstorm creative ideas and marketing strategies
• Involve in other business related initiatives

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated and positive individual with strong sense of ownership and desire to learn
• Problem solver and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Strong interest in social media marketing and ecommerce
• Passion for clean and sustainable beauty
• Experience in using video editing applications (e.g. Capcut) and design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop) 
• Experience in videography and photography
