Job Description

The Fulfilment Executive is responsible for end-to-end order processing, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient fulfillment across e-commerce platforms, distributors, and retail channels. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accuracy, cost efficiency, and service quality across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management

• Process and manage orders from multiple channels i.e e-commerce platforms, distributors and retail accounts.
• Ensure timely order confirmation, allocation, and release to warehouse for picking.
• Monitor order status and resolve any delays or exceptions.

2. Fulfilment Operations

• Responsible for pick and pack and order despatch arrangements.
• Ensure packing accuracy, proper labelling, and compliance with customer or platform requirements.
• Maintain high order accuracy and minimize fulfillment errors such as wrong items and incorrect quantity. 

3. Inventory Management and Coordination

• Work closely with inventory/warehouse team to ensure stock availability for order fulfillment.
• Monitor stock levels, reserved stock, and allocation to prevent overselling or stockouts.
• Monitor stock aging, slow-moving, and near-expiry items; proactively escalate risks.
• Conduct regular stock counts and full stock audits to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies, damages, and returns, and implement corrective actions.
  

4. Logistics & Last-Mile Coordination

• Arrange shipments with 3PL providers, couriers, or internal delivery teams.
• Track deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Resolve delivery issues such as failed deliveries, delays, or damages.

5. Returns & Customer Issue Resolution

• Manage returns, exchanges, and refund processes.
• Investigate fulfillment-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with customer service, sales, and warehouse teams on escalations.

6. Process Improvement & Cost Control

• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity and reduce logistics costs.
• Ensure accurate data entry for orders, inventory, and shipments.
• Support integration or improvements of fulfillment systems and workflows.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. Fresh graduates are welcomed. 
• Familiarity with inventory systems and related platforms.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Optional (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or FMCG industry
• Knowledge of import/export procedures
• Experience managing 3PL vendors
