Job Description

The Warehouse & Logistics Executive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and smooth coordination of logistics and distribution activities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accuracy, cost efficiency, and service quality across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations

• Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse activities (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch).
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of goods to maintain product integrity.
• Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Conduct regular housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety standards.

2. Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
• Perform stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and periodic stock audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, or losses.

3. Order Fulfillment

• Coordinate order processing to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Work closely with e-commerce / sales teams on order prioritization and special requirements.
• Ensure packing standards meet brand and operational requirements.

4. Logistics & Distribution

• Liaise with third-party logistics providers, couriers, and transporters.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries to ensure cost-effective and timely distribution.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Optimize logistics routes and costs where possible.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
• Prepare regular reports on stock levels, fulfillment performance, and logistics KPIs.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and related platforms.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Optional (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or FMCG industry
• Knowledge of import/export procedures
• Experience managing 3PL vendors
