 We are seeking a qualified and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a positive, engaging, and safe classroom environment that fosters the holistic development of young children. You will implement play-based learning activities, support social-emotional growth, and provide high-quality care, including guiding children through daily routines. 

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
• Certification: Relevant, active teaching license or certifications (e.g., PERMATA certification for toddlers in Malaysia).
• Experience: Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher or Early Childhood Educator.
• Skills: Exceptional patience, creativity, strong communication skills, and, the ability to manage a classroom of young children.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40lbs, and participate in, floor-level activities with children. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties 

• Lesson Planning & Instruction: Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons that cover, but are not limited to, language, social skills, math, science, and creative arts.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Child Development Monitoring: Observe and document student progress, interests, and needs to facilitate individualized learning.
• Care Routines: Guide children in developing proper hygiene, nutrition, and, self-help habits (e.g., washing hands, eating, tidying up).
• Safety & Supervision: Ensure constant supervision to prevent accidents and manage classroom behavior, including during outdoor activities and nap time.
• Parent Communication: Build, positive relationships with parents by providing regular updates on their child’s progress and well-being.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. 

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• This position requires high energy and, the ability to respond quickly to the needs of children.
• The role involves both indoor and outdoor supervision.
• Mental and emotional stamina is required to provide consistent, nurturing support.
