Job Description

  • Preparation and filing of statutory documents (e.g., annual returns, resolutions, forms). 
  • Maintain and update statutory registers and records in accordance with the Companies Act 2016.
  • Draft board resolutions and other company secretarial documents.
  • Ensure timely compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document control. 
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Handle submission and collection of documents at government departments or clients’ offices, as needed.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
     

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  2. Related working experience: Preferably at least 1 year (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  3. Language (spoken & written): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Chinese
  4. Must have own transport (may be required to submit documents at SSM/LHDN counters)
  5. Detail-oriented, good at work management, and responsible
