Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Full Set Account independently
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts, and related documents
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain daily accounting records
- Assist in monthly closing, yearly closing, and financial reporting
- Assist in SST, E-Invoice, and other accounting-related matters
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Liaise with internal departments and customers when necessary
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
