About the Role
LNP Synergy Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for accounting, enjoy working with numbers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of bank statements.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Assist with monthly closing activities and the preparation of financial reports.
- Support audit preparation by compiling relevant financial records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal procedures.
- Perform general administrative and accounting duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with the SQL Accounting System is preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Experience with e-Invoicing is an added advantage.
- Experience handling monthly closing and supporting audit preparation will be an added advantage.
