Human Resource Generalist – Empower People & Build a Thriving Workplace!

We are a 25+ year Digital Marketing Business Partner in Malaysia, proudly partnered with Google, Meta, and TikTok. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Human Resource Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our people-first culture. Your Core Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition – Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions and specifications.
  2. Employee Engagement & Retention – Support the planning and execution of engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance retention.
  3. Learning & Development – Support training programs and development initiatives to help employees grow in their careers.
  4. Onboarding & Offboarding – Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires (orientation, compliance, guidance) and conduct exit interviews to provide insights for continuous improvement.
  5. HR Operations – Provide support on HR administration, compliance, and day-to-day employee matters to ensure smooth HR processes.

Job Requirements

What You Bring:

  1. Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of proven experience in HR generalist, recruitment, or talent acquisition roles.
  2. HR Knowledge – Solid understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, with hands-on exposure to HRIS software.
  3. People & Communication – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  4. Analytical & Organized – Highly detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
