You’ll be part of our Client Support and Research team, where development meets digital marketing. From website updates to performance improvements and simple automations, you’ll learn how technical work directly supports campaigns, clients, and business results.

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>

<li>Learn how we use AI in SEO, paid ads, and reporting, including prompting techniques and workflow design.</li>
<li>Support AIGC production such as ad copy variations, landing page drafts, hooks, angles, and content outlines.</li>
<li>Assist in building lightweight automations (“vibe coding”) using Google Sheets, Notion tools, simple scripts, QA checks, and report generation.</li>
<li>Help update and optimise landing pages for advertising and SEO purposes.</li>
<li>Support basic web design and UX improvements including content structure, layout adjustments, and calls-to-action.</li>
<li>Assist with simple HTML and CSS updates when required.</li>
<li>Support client technical inquiries and follow through until issues are resolved.</li>
<li>Update and manage website content accurately and efficiently.</li>
<li>Monitor and improve website speed, identify bugs, and debug errors.</li>
<li>Test websites across different devices, browsers, and platforms.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate, organised, and secure digital records.</li>
</ul>
