At LOCUS-T, projects don’t move forward by accident. They move because someone is tracking details, following up, and making sure the right information gets to the right people. As a Project Support Intern, you’ll work closely with our internal teams and gain real exposure to how digital projects and service operations are managed day to day.

This role is ideal if you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and curious about how digital teams actually work behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with administrative support for service operations to keep daily workflows running smoothly.
• Help with documentation, filing, and maintaining records, databases, and internal trackers.
• Prepare basic reports, summaries, and internal documents for the team.
• Support coordination between internal departments to ensure information is clear and accurate.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes when required.
• Follow up on internal action items and updates under supervision.
• Help prepare project-related and client-facing materials such as documents, reports, and decks.
• Support the preparation of client communications (emails, notes, records) with guidance.
• Get exposure to digital marketing operations including Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
• Support timely and accurate reporting.
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks related to project and team support.

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• You’re currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• You’re fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• You’re organized, detail-focused, and comfortable handling documentation and follow-ups.
• You’re eager to learn how real teams manage projects and deliver work.
• You can commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
