Responsibilities For Technical IT Internship

•  To support in processing and managing client inquiries by clarifying problems and follow up until resolution
•  To assist in updating clients’ websites’ content.
•  To monitor, analyze and improve websites’ performances in terms of loading speed and to debug pages as well as to fix broken links/images.
•  To test websites across various browsers, operating systems as well as devices.
•  Ensure all database, system information and other related records are always up-to-date, accurate and in compliance with the required legal regulations (if any) as well as the organization’s policy.
•  Any other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

Requirements For Technical IT Internship:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s) both spoken and written: Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Good analytical skills will be an added advantage.
