If you love being behind the camera and want to learn how video shoots are planned, filmed, edited, and delivered, this internship is for you.

At LOCUS-T, our Marketing Department produces video content for campaigns, events, social media, and business needs. As a Video Production Intern, you’ll support the team across real shoots and production tasks, from preparation to filming to basic post-production.

This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and best suited for someone who wants practical experience in video production, filming, and editing.

• Creative team environment – Work closely with the marketing team and learn how video supports campaigns, events, and brand storytelling.
• Flexible working hours – Clock in between 7:30–10:00am and plan your day to avoid peak traffic.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning and preparing for video shoots, including equipment setup, shot lists, and logistics.
• Support on-ground filming for campaigns, events, and GBP shoots.
• Help ensure shoot days run smoothly with the team.
• Handle basic video editing and post-production tasks.
• Organise and manage video footage, files, and creative assets for easy retrieval.
• Assist with basic photography when needed.
• Support the marketing team with video-related tasks and ad hoc production needs.
• Learn how real video content is created from planning to final output.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• You’re currently pursuing or have recently completed a Degree in Film Production, Videography, or a related field focused on filming.
• You have basic experience in filming or video production through academic projects, freelance work, or personal projects.
• You’re familiar with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• You can handle camera equipment confidently.
• You’re proactive, hands-on, and willing to learn.
• You’re responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• You work well with others and communicate clearly.
• You can adapt quickly during shoot days and help with ad hoc tasks when needed.
• You’re passionate about video production, filming, and creative work.
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in AI tools for content creation is an added advantage.
• You can commit to a 3–6 month internship period, preferably.

This internship gives you real experience behind the camera and inside a working marketing team.
