Job Description

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations and management of assigned properties.
  • Maintain and update accurate records, including billing, invoices, reports, and other related documentation.
  • Support basic accounting and administrative tasks related to property operations.
  • Conduct basic property market research and analysis.
  • Carry out basic property inspections during tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Liaise with relevant parties in the preparation and coordination of tenancy agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties, including the finance department, property agents, tenants, and service providers.
  • Assist in sourcing potential tenants and coordinating leasing activities.
  • Support lease renewals, tenancy terminations, and related follow-up actions.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to property management as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in property management, PA or a related field.
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Property Management, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Malay; proficiency in Chinese language is an added advantage.
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Able to work under pressure and independently.
  • Possess a valid car driving license.
  • Willing to work at Millerz Square, Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.
