Job Description

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management,and staff development
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements
• Maintain and regularly update accurate employee records and personal data incompliance with company policies and data protection regulations
• Prepare payroll, administer benefits, and maintain HR reporting such as leave, medicalentitlements, insurance, and work pass matters
• Provide support for ad-hoc HR tasks and initiatives as required by the management
• Lead and mentor junior HR staff to strengthen team capability

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, preferably in property development or construction
• Familiar with foreign worker permit matters (added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
• Proficient in HR systems, data analysis, and reporting
• Adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
