Job Description

  • Attend to leads generated by marketing team, business associates, VVIP, walk-in customers, and phone enquiries in a professional manner and convert into sales 
  • Maintain strong sales follow-up with prospects to ensure smooth sales conversion 
  • Coordinate SPA signing arrangements with purchasers, lawyers, and relevant parties 
  • Ensure timely execution and processing of Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and related loan documentation 
  • Verify purchaser details, property information, and floor plans in SPA and all related sales documents 
  • Liaise with solicitors on SPA preparation, execution, and post-sale documentation matters 
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer database, and update all information into the system 
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to immediate superior 
  • Verify agent commissions and coordinate submission to Finance within required timeline 
  • Handle Credit Notes (CN), rebates, and promotional records accurately in the system (if applicable) 
  • Coordinate internally and externally to resolve sales administration issues within stipulated deadlines 
  • Ensure sales gallery and show units are well-maintained, presentable, and operational at all times 

Job Requirements

  

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Familiar with end-to-end workflow of Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and loan documentation 
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills, able to work independently and take initiative 
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask 
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and reading) is an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking purchasers
