Function Description:
The Technical Services Intern is expected to support both Presales and Delivery Services teams by enhancing documentation quality, streamlining internal processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The intern will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring consistent, high-quality documentation across the technical services lifecycle.

Career Type Description:

Presales Support

  • Identify recurring project activities and assist in creating templates for Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) including scope, technology categories, cost estimates, and resource mapping
  • Assist in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposal templates.
  • Capture internal handover processes such as P2P (Presales to Post-sales) sessions
  • Maintain version-controlled documentation for opportunity tracking and Salesforce-linked projects.

Delivery Services Support

  • Document engineer assignment workflows and skill matrix updates
  • Organize and archive project documentation in SharePoint or designated folders.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Attend internal meetings to capture process updates and decisions.
  • Maintain good hygiene of documentation library and records of all engagement using SharePoint, Teams, and Loop.
  • Work with project managers, engineers, and presales to validate documentation accuracy.
  • Design and maintain SharePoint websites for Technical Services (internal & external audience) for easy reference, with Logicalis APAC & Global as reference, and to ensure contents are updated on weekly basis.
  • Assist in preparing decks and templates for kick-off and technical presentation sessions.
