Job Description:
● Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
● Manage internal and external job posting, resume screening, scheduling candidates’ interviews and share feedback with the hiring manager.
● Perform day to day operations of the HR functions and duties .
● Provide clerical and administrative support.
● Compile and update employee records.
● Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
● Assist with the termination process involving preparation of separation paperwork, and exit interviews.
● Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
● Plan and design compensation and benefits packages.
● Implement performance review procedures (e.g. Goal setting review/Annual performance review and 360° evaluations).
● Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with it.
● Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
● Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
● Manage employees’ grievances.
● Review current HR technology/software and recommend more effective software.
● Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
● Check employee’s attendance, leave records and manage overall employee personnel files, ensuring all information is properly kept with the highest level of confidentiality.
● Organise team-building activities.
● Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.
● 5-7 years’ work experience as a HR Executive/HR Manager/HRBP or similar role.
● Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
● Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves etc).
● Team player, proactive and positive attitude.
● Excellent organizational skills and people management skills.
● Solid communication skills.
● BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
● Able to start immediately and have advertising agency experience will be an advantage.
