<p>Social media associates are connectors. Our work requires collaboration with many other disciplines: creative, media, influencer marketing, technology, client leadership. The most successful associates are grounded in effectiveness yet push for new ideas to grow brands and our clients’ businesses. While our work is not entirely digital, the communications landscape is trending in that direction, so our associates bring a deep fluency in digital and social touchpoints.</p>
<p>You will join a tight-knit team of strategists, planners, producers, and creatives to pursue game-changing ideas for our clients and provide stewardship over how, where, and when strategies come to life.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.</li>
<li>Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.</li>
<li>Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.</li>
<li>Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.</li>
<li>Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.</li>
<li>Interviews, hires, and trains social media team members.</li>
<li>Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.</li>
<li>Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.</li>
<li>Function as the key contact person to key retainer clients.</li>
<li>Understand clients' brief and liaise with the creative team to research and formulate marketing solutions.</li>
<li>Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Present communication strategies and reports to clients, conduct WIP sessions with clients.</li>
<li>Internal Preparation, Deliverables and Coordination for ongoing projects.</li>
<li>Leverage on organic social media platforms (mainly FB, IG, and LinkedIn) to increase followers and engagement for brands assigned to you.</li>
<li>Curate and create engaging social media content to stir conversation among your audiences, while maintaining the brand’s voice.</li>
<li>Work closely with creative to produce out of the box social media content and ad campaigns.</li>
<li>Collate contents/asset/brief to proceed with execution.</li>
<li>Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly.</li>
<li>Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated.</li>
<li>Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organised.</li>
<li>Analyze digital campaigns success.</li>
<li>Monitor influencers on social media platforms for opportunities to collaborate with relevant brands.</li>
<li>Performing and managing day-to-day media buys and ad buys.</li>
<li>Report on campaign performance and sentiments.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.</li>
</ul>
