As Digital Marketing (Ad specialist), you will be at the forefront of how we reach, engage, and convert audiences across every major digital advertising platform. This role is designed for a performance-driven professional who combines sharp analytical thinking with a strong instinct for creative strategy knowing not just how to run campaigns, but what makes them work. You will be responsible for managing and optimising paid media efforts across Meta and beyond, while directing the creative team on the concepts, narratives, and messaging that drive results. From knowing when to scale a winning campaign to flagging what needs to change and why, you will play a central role in how LOL Asia grows its audiences, sells tickets, and shows up digitally.

Paid Media & Platform Management
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Instagram, Facebook & Threads), TikTok, YouTube, X, and other relevant digital platforms
- Own campaign setup end-to-end including audience targeting, lookalike audiences, retargeting strategies, ad placements, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
- Implement and manage Pixel tracking and UTM parameters to ensure accurate attribution and conversion tracking across all campaigns
- Define and manage audience funnel stages from top-of-funnel awareness (TOFU) through mid-funnel consideration (MOFU) to bottom-of-funnel conversion (BOFU)
- Monitor campaigns daily and make real-time decisions on budget scaling, frequency capping, creative swaps, and campaign kills based on live performance data
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats across all channels
Creative Strategy for Ad Direction
- Brief the creative team on ad concepts, messaging, tone, and format based on platform expertise and audience insights; this role does not involve hands-on editing or design
- Guide ad copy direction with a strong instinct for what narrative, tone, and creative approach will resonate at each stage of the funnel
- Develop and manage A/B testing frameworks for creatives, copies, and audiences to continuously improve performance
- Proactively flag underperforming ads, identify root causes whether creative fatigue, audience mismatch, frequency saturation, or budget inefficiency and propose clear solutions
- Oversee landing page optimisation recommendations to ensure paid traffic converts effectively post-click
AI-Enhanced Digital Advertising & Data Intelligence
- Leverage AI tools including but not limited to ChatGPT, Meta AI tools, Google AI insights, and other marketing platforms to accelerate campaign ideation, copy generation, audience discovery, and performance analysis
- Use AI to generate and test multiple variations of ad copy, hooks, headlines, and messaging frameworks to increase creative velocity and improve conversion performance
- Utilise AI insights to recommend audience expansion strategies, lookalike opportunities, and predictive targeting models
- Continuously test new AI marketing tools that improve campaign efficiency, reporting automation, and audience insights
- Maintain human strategic oversight to ensure all AI-generated directions remain aligned with brand voice, campaign goals, and audience authenticity
Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including show announcements, ticket launches, promotional offers, and post-show follow-ups
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows to maximise open rates, click-throughs, and conversions
- Track and report on email performance metrics and optimise campaigns accordingly
Monitoring, Reporting & Optimisation
- Monitor all active campaigns daily across platforms, tracking performance against KPIs and flagging anomalies or opportunities in real time
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics including CPC, CPM, CPA, CPS, CTR, ROAS, impression share, and conversion rates across all platforms
- Manage attribution modelling and ensure UTM parameters and Pixel tracking are correctly implemented and maintained
- Provide regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations for the marketing team
- Manage ad budgets efficiently knowing when to scale, pause, or kill a campaign based on live performance data
