As Video Editor & AI Content Specialist, you will be at the forefront of how we show up digitally across social media platforms, paid advertising channels, and live event stages. This role is designed for a creative professional who combines strong video editing fundamentals with a forward-thinking approach to AI-powered content production. You will be responsible for delivering high-performing video content and ad creatives across all major social media and digital advertising platforms, while integrating AI-generated visuals and footage using the latest AI tools available to push the boundaries of what our content can look and feel like.

Social Media Video Content

• Produce and edit video content across all major social media platforms, tailored to each platform's format and best practices
• Content includes but is not limited to hype/pop culture/trending reels, artist spotlights, event countdowns, ticket launch videos, promotional videos, behind-the-scenes clips, and post-show highlights
• Deliver rapid turnaround edits during and after live events for next-day posting
• Stay on top of platform trends to ensure content is consistently relevant, engaging, and performance-driven

AI Visual Content Creation

• Leverage the latest AI tools to generate visuals, footage, and creative assets that enhance video productions including but not limited to Kling, Midjourney, Higgsfield, and Sora
• Prompt and direct AI-generated imagery and video to complement and elevate edited content
• Continuously explore emerging AI tools and recommend new workflows to keep LOL Asia ahead of the curve

Ad Creatives & Digital Marketing Assets

• Produce video and moving visual assets for paid advertising campaigns across all major digital platforms
• Edit and adapt content into multiple formats and aspect ratios to meet platform-specific ad specifications
• Ensure all ad creatives are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines

Collaboration & Asset Management

• Align with the Marketing and Creative teams on creative briefs, timelines, and campaign direction
• Maintain an organised library of footage, final edits, templates, and AI-generated assets
• Bring fresh creative ideas to campaign planning and brainstorming sessions

Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in video editing with a strong portfolio of social media and digital ad content
• Proficient in CapCut and/or other video editing tools
• Proven hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools
• Strong understanding of social media content formats, trends, and best practices across all major platforms
• Experience producing creatives for paid digital advertising platforms 
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines, especially around live event schedules
• A passion for live events, music, comedy, and pop culture
• Comfortable working occasional weekends or evenings during major shows and events

Employment Terms- Salary:

• Competitive, based on experience and industry standards.
• Performance Bonus: Based on achievement of ticket sales, engagement, brand awareness, and campaign ROI targets.
• Contract Term: Full-time, with an initial term of one year, renewable based on performance.
