Job Duties:
* Process customer orders
* Update customers on delivery status
* Handle complaints or issues
* Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team
* Prepare monthly reports
Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
* 2–3 years experience in customer service / warehouse / logistics
* Basic computer skills (Excel, email)
* Knowledge of WMS and SAP is an advantage
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
