Job Responsibility

• Assist superior/senior on site measurements, preparing drawings & project managements.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Liaise with internal team, contractors & suppliers to ensure the projects go smoothly without delay.
• Collaborate with mall management and project teams to understand design requirements.
• Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, and presentations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Well time management skills with demonstrated works on various or multiple projects.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
• Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture or equivalent.
• Proficient in Architecture & Interior Design rendering software (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketchup/3D Studio Max Vray / Corona).
• Good with time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Have own transport and willing to travel outstations
• Willing to work overtime (if necessary)
