Our history can be traced back to October 2010 when we opened our first bubble tea outlet in Malaysia.​
We introduced the Tealive brand back in February 2017 and today, we are proud to be the leading regional lifestyle tea brand in Southeast Asia. Tealive now offers more than 45 types of drinks with a wide range of topping options.

Tealive now has over 1000 outlets across three continents serving over five million consumers per month.

Under our wings, we also have Bask Bear Coffee, which is the largest delivered virtual coffee brand in Malaysia with over 130 physical and virtual locations.

With our Look-Out-Of-Box approach, we innovated our own machines to enable Tealive outlets to create sparkling drinks in-house. Thus SodaXpress, Malaysia’s only sparkling water brand, was born.

Leveraging on our experience and knowledge gained in brand management and operation of Tealive outlets, we have gradually expanded our market by adopting the multi-brand business model to capture a wider spectrum of customers.

<li>Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations, keeping all kitchen areas clean and organized.</li>
<li>Support cooks and chefs in ingredient preparation, cooking, plating, and storage.</li>
<li>Respond promptly and courteously to customer requests or feedback communicated through the service team.</li>
<li>Monitor kitchen supplies, minimize food waste, and assist in controlling operational costs.</li>
<li>Uphold the restaurant’s positive image by maintaining professionalism, teamwork, and consistency in food quality.</li>
