We are searching for an Operation Admin to handle day to day operation across company for East Malaysia side.

Job Description:

• Monitor daily sales, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), inventory levels, and key operational metrics across all company outlets, identifying and escalating any discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate operational reports to support timely management decision-making.
• Maintain and update project trackers, operational databases, spreadsheets, checklists, and other relevant documentation.
• Extract, compile, and ensure the accuracy of operational data and reports within established timelines.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Operations team and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth information flow and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support daily operational activities and continuous process improvement.
• Perform other duties, special projects, or ad hoc assignments as delegated by the immediate superior or management.
• Perform any ad hoc assignments from time to time as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
• Experienced in F&B industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
