Job Responsibilities:

Manage outlet daily operation.
管理日常分店运作

Ensure proper service standards & customer satisfaction.
确保适当的服务标准以及客户满意度

Hire, train & supervise outlet staff to meet company requirements.
聘请，培训以及监督团队

Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of equipment
训练饮料制作以及正确使用公司设备

Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, milk, and other ingredients)
和供应商的接洽以及下单

Maintain updated records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses
准备分店经营报表

Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
就解决客户问题的最佳方式向员工提供建议，并提供卓越的客户服务

Ensure store areas are clean and tidy
确保店面区域干净整洁

Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
与客户建立友好关系，以提高忠诚度并提升我们的声誉

Delivering excellent customer service
提供卓越的客户服务

Ability to approach customers to close sales
塑造正面形象并引导顾客做出购买决定

Ad-hoc job assignment by Supervisor or Management
主管或管理层的临时工作分配

Work out plan to achieve sales target set by the company
制定计划以实现公司设定的销售目标

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Preferred language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
• Required verbal and written in Mandarin and English.
• Prefer 2 years(s) of working experience in F&B / Retail Industry
• Preferably Supervisor specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills.
• Good leadership qualities and able to work independently, mature, and a team player.
