📝 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily bread production (mixing, shaping, baking) 
• Prepare ingredients and maintain baking tools/equipment 
• Follow standard recipes and production schedules 
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen 
• Support senior bakers in production tasks 
• Assist in inventory and stock preparation 
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors 

Job Requirements

• Students or fresh graduates in Culinary Arts / Baking / Food & Beverage or related field 
• Passionate about baking and willing to learn 
• Able to work early shifts, weekends, and public holidays 
• Good discipline, teamwork, and positive attitude 
• Basic knowledge of baking is an advantage (not required)
