The Bakery Shop Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting with bakery operations, and ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming store environment.

Industrial Park, Plot 76 , Mukim, 11, Jalan Bukit Tengah, Bukit Tengah, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang

Employment Type : Part Time
Working Shift : Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
Assist customers in selecting bakery products and answering inquiries.
Resolve customer concerns politely and promptly.
Promote new products, special offers, and upsell when appropriate.

Product Handling
Prepare and serve bakery items, beverages, and other menu offerings.
Properly package baked goods for take-out or display.
Refill product displays and ensure items are fresh and visually appealing.
Follow proper portioning, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Cashiering
Operate POS register for billing and processing payments.
Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
Provide correct change and issue receipts efficiently.

Store Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, display cases, and equipment.
Follow cleaning schedules, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
Ensure waste is disposed properly and supplies are replenished.

Operations Support
Assist in opening and closing store procedures.
Help receive, check, and store inventory items.
Follow company policies, hygiene guidelines, and safety protocols.
Work as a team to meet store goals and ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills
