<h3>Job Scope / Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute on-ground events, roadshows, and brand activations</li>
<li>Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution</li>
<li>Source, coordinate and manage event crew, promoters, vendors, and logistics</li>
<li>Prepare and manage event timelines, budgets, and reports</li>
<li>Attend site recces, setup, and supervise events (weekdays/weekends when required)</li>
<li>Handle post-event reporting and documentation</li>
</ul>
