Job Description
Marketing Manager responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the brand and increase consumer engagement for our food and beverage products. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to create impactful marketing campaigns that drive sales and foster brand loyalty.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to support the launch of new products, seasonal promotions, and ongoing brand growth.
- Create innovative campaigns that align with the brand’s identity and values, while appealing to target demographics.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, print, social media, in-store promotions).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, design) to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Brand Management:
- Manage the brand’s positioning and ensure it resonates with target audiences.
- Maintain and enhance brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual identity, messaging, and tone.
- Monitor and assess brand performance, making recommendations for adjustments to meet business objectives.
Market Research & Consumer Insights:
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for marketing improvements and product innovations.
- Stay up-to-date with food and beverage industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer habits.
Digital & Social Media Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Manage the social media accounts, including content creation, community management, and performance analysis.
- Optimize digital marketing efforts to increase online visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
Budget & Financial Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and achievement of goals.
- Track and report on marketing spend, making adjustments to campaigns as necessary.
Collaboration & Partnerships:
- Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and third-party marketing agencies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives align with sales goals and drive revenue growth.
Event Planning & Promotions:
- Organize and manage promotional events, product tastings, trade shows, and other brand-building activities.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders for the successful execution of events and campaigns.
